Why isn't it an instant download?
Because it's made from your exact birth details — date, time, and gender. We prepare each report individually and email it to you, usually within a few hours.
Who — or what — writes my report?
An AI interpretation engine (built on Anthropic's Claude), constrained to the same canonical glossary framings used across this site, generates your report from your chart's computed structure. It's reviewed for quality before it goes out. We say this plainly because you deserve to know what you're paying for: systematic, structure-grounded interpretation — not a human master's intuition.
Why do you ask for sex at birth?
It's a calculation input only. In BaZi and Zi Wei Dou Shu it sets the direction of your luck cycle (大運) — a traditional yin-yang calculation, not an assumption about your identity. Non-binary or prefer not to say? Leave it blank and reply to your receipt; we'll prepare both directions.
Is this fortune-telling?
No. The report is descriptive — it reads the structure of your chart in plain language. It doesn't predict fate, fortune, or specific events, and it isn't medical, financial, or legal advice.
What if my birth time is wrong or unknown?
Reply to your receipt with a correction and we'll re-send. If your time is unknown, tell us and we'll prepare it with a clearly noted approximation.
What's the refund policy?
If you're not satisfied for any reason, reply to your Gumroad receipt within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your birth details were wrong, we'll re-issue the report for free — no refund needed.
